Before we begin work on your order, we inspect your materials to determine if any conditions exist that may prevent the successful completion of your finished product. Should we have any concerns, we document and communicate with you before any production processes commence. • Physical damage to paper
• Printing defects such as hickeys, offset and picking, banding and toning, color variation, uneven AQ, or any other printing concern
